Venue: Tangeman University Center’s Great Hall
Host: Vietnamese Student Association of the University of Cincinnati
The annual Mid-Autumn Festival is an event put on by the University of Cincinnati’s Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) to celebrate Vietnamese culture. The students/members of VSA, in collaboration with other UC and external schools’ student organizations, will perform various cultural performances, including traditional dances, story-telling of folktales and legends, and mini skits/plays. Food will also be provided from local Asian and Vietnamese restaurants! In addition, students and audiences will build connections and socialize as we continue the tradition of every Mid-Autumn Festival. This year’s UCVSA’s Mid-Autumn Festival will focus on raising money for the Rock, Paper, Scissors Children’s Fund (https://www.rockpaperscissorschildrensfund.org/) with all proceeds from the show through the sale of raffles and donations will go to the non-profit organization.
